Hannah Douglas
Hannah has been dancing since the tender age of two and has trained in
Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Street, Contemporary and also 19th and 20th Century
Social dance, such as Salsa, Tango, Charleston, Waltz and Jive.
She performed in many dance shows, festivals and musicals whilst still
at school, which was when she realised that she never wanted to stop
performing and thought it might be fun to do it as a career!
In 2009 she graduated from drama school and now works as a professional
actress. Whilst still at drama school, she was lucky enough to be cast
as a dancer in two BBC’s period dramas, ‘Little Dorrit’ and ‘Emma’.
Hannah has thoroughly enjoyed working for Funky Moves over the past year
and thinks it’s amazing to see so many kids enjoying dance as much
as she does! Hannah is a fantastic teacher and has taught many dance
styles and in many areas around London. She loves theaching dance
to kids, and, admittedly, it’s great fun doing the make overs in the parties…
Any excuse for a bit of glitter!
